5、努力创造和设计英语语言情景。把课堂当作培养和锻炼学生语言运用本事的场所，鼓励学生多讲英语，在英语课上，除组织七年级学生开展课文表演、课文复述等活动外，还经常根据所教资料，呈现与学生学习和生活相关的用语。并经常启发和组织七年级学生用英语简单讨论一些他们感兴趣的或大家都共同关注的话题，既活跃了课堂气氛，提高了他们的听说本事，又深化了教材资料。

在这一学期的教学工作中，除了对学生进行兴趣的培养外，同时还培养了他们自学的本事，并且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自我找阅读的材料，从而提高阅读本事。

对于新教材，大家都是处在摸索探究的阶段;但是同时，我也看到了许多前辈教师丰富资深的经验。新教材是由人教出版的GO FOR IT，这套教材内容丰富，理念新颖，针对的是有一定英语基础的学生，同时该教材营造了一个倾向本土化语言的环境，很多内容对于国内学生理解起来有点难度。和以前的教材相比，GO FOR IT的起点比较高，单词的呈现比较多，而且难度剃度不明显，提倡“用到即学”。而作为学习该教材的本届学生来讲，他们当中也有没有接触过英语，有的也就是小部分在暑假接触过英语，才初步入门。在这样的情况下，感觉上课难度比较大。

二、因材施教，掌握难度

我们常说，教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候，我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受。在经过几次新教材教研活动后，感觉受益非浅，于是开始学会根据学生的实际情况有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。我想这大概就是教育学中所说的“备教法的同时要备学生”。

同时根据不同的班级的学生性格特点，我也采取了不同的策略。开展各种各样的小组活动，让他们讨论合作，鼓励他们积极发言。一个学期下来，总体来看，三个班的成绩基本上持*。

三、调动气氛，参与鼓励

在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉学生一部分不愿意起来发言：一个是教材比较有难度，怕讲错;另外一个是学生胆子比较小。针对这样的情况下，我把教材难度降低，并采取表扬和鼓励的方式。

同时，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水*，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

四、加强巩固，分批对待

因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。每次教授了新单词以后，我都及时抽时间给他们听写，并认真批改。有时候，课文里出现的精彩实用的句子，我也要求学生背下来，我把5个同学分成一个小组，让成绩相对比较好同学担任小组长，这样想偷懒就比较难了。对于听写背书不理想的学生，我一般会在课后把他们留下来重新听写。或者是根据实际掌握情况，重新教授单词。直到合格为止。

而对不同基础的学生，我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生，后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身就比较差，越是统一要求，他就开始抵制，其实到最后什么也没有学到。因此，我就把学生分开，一般的，大部分同学的要求是统一的，而小部分接受能力比较差的同学，我就用相对低一点的标准给他们，这样做以后，逐渐提高标准，学生学到的明显多了。

在课堂教学之余，我还积极参加教研活动，参与我们英语组内的备课和说课，并且上公开课。通过这样的活动，有效的提高了自己对教材的理解。

在这一个学期的工作中，感觉自己尚存在很多的缺点：对教材的把握不够，上课的逻辑性不够强，课堂的衔接还不够自然流畅等等。很多优秀的老师的优点都没有学到，听课的次数也还不够多，尤其是跟其他老师的交流还太少，希望在下个学期能多向其他老师前辈学习，不断提高教学水*。

英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，我把辅导看作是检查学生消化的过程。根据学生的个体差异，基本上按吃得好、吃得饱和吃得了三个层次进行辅导。特别是期中考后，针对英语偏科严重的优生，通过谈话、做思想工作，让学生参与制定辅导计划并及时体现在实际行动中，除了每天完成必做练习之外，还鼓励学生背诵15—20个英语单词。通过半个学期的坚持，实效性较强。学优生自学能力有了一定的提高，学困生的基础知识有了相应的进步，而中等生在两头的促进下有了更大的动力。对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式提高他们的能力。通过本学期这些教学方法的运用，提高了学生学习英语的积极性和主动性，同时，培养了学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生的交际得到良好发展，教学生学会会讲，会用。

英文书写的端正与规范，是开学阶段必须要抓好的。从新生入学第一次在英语四线格上落笔写英文字母，我就向学生们提出要求：任何一位学生都必须书写端正，否则将会受到惩罚。在最初阶段还特意抓几位典型，以惩一儆百；同时对书写端正的任何一个学生都给予鼓励。后来我惊奇的发现，那些中文汉字写的歪歪扭扭的学生，英文却完全可以写的非常端正，俨然一个优秀生的卷面一般，感觉很有成就感。在进行英文写作评分时，依然贯彻字迹端正者得高分，否则从重扣分的原则。经过一段时间的狠抓整治，同学们形成一个端正书写的良好氛围。

二、朗读

学生必须多读，读是说的基础。现在用的是新教材，更要注重听说和朗读，要养成朗读习惯。 xxx熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟xxx，就是突出了xxx读xxx的作用。英语作为一门语言，让学生在基础学习阶段养成大声朗读，敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中，我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他（她）开口读，说英语了，那么他（她）这一生学习英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段，我特别提醒我的学生们，一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向，羞于开口的学生，将其列为重点关注对象，致力于先张口，再出声，最后大声朗读。 一天之计在于晨，这句名言对于英语学习来说，更是如此。早自习上，我想尽办法让学生们去读，以不同的形式，朗读不同的内容，充分挖掘学生们读的潜能，让学生们都能开口说英语。

三、单词教学

很多时候我们不得不承认，学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来，我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法，同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中，我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面，我一般遵循三步走的顺序。

1、跟读 让学生先学会读单词，做到看到单词，读音能够脱口而出；

2、记住汉语意思 可以由老师报中文解释，学生读出英文单词；在课堂句型操练中，进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用；

3、识记单词的拼写 事实上，此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高，他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。

在开学阶段，对单词识记的听写检查方面，我因生而异，区别对待。既让所有学生认识到单词拼写识记的重要性以及单词拼写不过关的严重后果，同时我们也要避免一小部分学生可能因为单词听写不过关，而产生对英语的畏学，厌学心理。

四、 不断提高教师专业水*

教师专业水*包括英语专业的水*和教学水*。要想学生成绩提高，这两种水*缺一不可。因为英语语言是一种变化的东西，不可能以一种旧的知识，应付教学到老。所以，我不断学习新的知识。本学期，我尽量坚持听英语广播和看china daily，从中不停的学习新的知识。并把所学的知识运用到教学，这不仅提高我上课的趣味性，同时也提高我课堂内容的知识含量。而且，只有我的英语水*好了，才不会去误人子弟。

二、认真备课、上课，注重教学反思

(1)作为一名年轻教师，我的体会是，上好一堂课难，但备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，必须对所有资料进行熟悉，参考多方面的资料，认真深入钻研教材，确定重点难点，同时，备课不仅仅要备教材，并且要备教法，备教学手段。

(2)认真组织课堂教学。一堂课的四十五分钟，就是一个教师表演技能的阶段。上课时，本着“传道、授业、解惑”的原则，努力提高教学质量，使讲解有条理、清晰、准确、生动。使每堂课学生有所获，努力使学生打好基础，培养本事，发展智慧，培养学生的正确思维方式，养成良好的学习习惯。坚持做到以学生为主体，教师为主导，训练为主线。在课堂上，异常注意调动学生的进取性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生学得容易，学得简便，学得愉快。在课堂上，根据不一样学生设计不一样层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。

(3)本人坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每周布置听写任务，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改作业、听写。并针对学生的作业情景，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情景不断改善教法。

(4)教学这一活动，没有反思的伴随就不会有提高。坚持每次授课后，认真回想，进行反思。记录其教法、做法及操作不大梦想的地方，及时做改善。

三、虚心请教其他教师

教师的教学过程即是一个学习的过程。所以，在此过程中，一旦心中有疑，必会请教于同行。认真做到每月听课两节，做好听课记录，取之所长，克服所短。并常常与其他教师交流，改善教学方法。

总之，在本学期的英语教学中，我尽力地做好每项工作。其中学到的东西固然不少，但不足之处也很多。在以后的教学工作中，我将不断总结经验，发扬优点，改善缺点，不断探索新的`教学方法和教学手段，激发学生的学习兴趣和进取性，提高自我的教学质量，做一位合格的人民教师!
